Maybe you need a late afternoon yoga session (hello, FAC!) or want to incorporate yoga into your next retreat. Let me bring some peace to your workday or help bring some zen to the team before the next big event. These yoga classes are offered as one-off group sessions or we can set up recurring sessions.
